Heather Foster, Owner & Operator, H. Foster Designs

With over 20 years of experience leading teams and providing strategic brand and creative direction with graphic design, Heather has worked with Adobe design products and project management, while directing all phases of diverse projects. 


Expertise includes senior level desktop publishing experience, including the creation of print-ready files for events (in-house or outsourced), working with creatives on photography and videography for various marketing applications. 


Design experience includes: print, digital, seo, paid advertising, social media, print, illustration, photography for events, video, flash animation, and working with a suite of tools for all things digital.

More about me

As a Certified Scrum Master, I have managed global projects for both PrincipalFunds.com and PrincipalGlobal.com. I have excellent time management, listening, oral and written communication skills, as well as solid decision-making skills. 

I have strong planning/ organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. Additionally, I thrive in an environment where I can work independently and on a team on a variety of simultaneous projects and schedule workload to meet deadlines. Furthermore, I have advanced computer skills, as well as interactive design skills. 

In my spare time, I enjoy camping, boating, fishing, spending time with my family, organic gardening and cooking and playing with our golden retriever and kitten. I love to volunteer for just about anything (especially type 1 diabetes, as I myself am a T1D) that gives back to the local community, including working with United Way, supporting the Salvation Army Angel Tree program, and supporting my daughter's school in any way I can.
